The Stone Lake Condominium Association is located in East Lansing. Along with our beautiful lake, unique buildings, well-manicured yards, and excellent location, this web site is designed to make Stone Lake an even better place to live and enjoy. We hope you will find this site and its information convenient, along with keeping you informed and more involved in the Association's day-to-day operations. The site includes easy access to the Association's By-laws, Rules, news, Board minutes, meeting dates and other informative information for your use. This site is accessible with a designated password and is intended for the sole use of the Association's co-owners.
 The web site links will lead you to the information you want, and will also give you an opportunity to review repair schedules, access Board minutes, and a place to make suggestions and/or comments.

1) Board Meetings

2) Board Minutes
NEW: May and June meeting minutes now posted in File Archives inside Members Area. Preliminary minutes from previous meeting will be posted 1 week prior to next Board meeting.
3) Budgets
2008 Budget and 2007 December Statement available in File Archives inside Members Area.
4) Maintenance Maps
Painting and parking pad (revised 07/08) maps. Find maintenance maps in File Archives inside Members Area. Maps are designed to assist Board and co-owners track progress.
5) Responsibility Grid
A responsibility grid to assist in identifying co-owner/Association responsibilities has been posted in the Rules and Regulation file inside the Members Area.
6) Lake Treatment
2008 Lake treatment schedule in File Archive Items of Interest folder.
7) 2008 Additional Fee
2008 additional assessment due in 3 installment payments January 1, May 1, and September 1, 2008. These payments are 100% used for building improvements.
8) 2008 Painting Schedule
Meridian Painting to paint buildings 1, 6 and 22 as well as paint trim on newly installed windows at buildings 5, 7, 9, 14, 15, 17 and 19. Meridian will also paint a garage door at Building 2, the unpainted repairs at Building 15, and the unpainted repairs at Building 19 (when Chapman completes work).
Ingham Painters will paint buildings 3, 12, 20 and 21 as well as buildings 25, 16 and 18 (once foundation work is complete at Building 18). In addition, painting will begin on buildings 4 and 11 when Complete Renovations finishes chimney chase repairs.
9) 2008 Paving Schedule
Board approved resurfacing of parking lots at 1330 Lake Side, 1197 Lake Side, and 1252 Chartwell. Board also approved crack-seal and seal-coat for lots at 1453, 1421, 1373, 1376, 1331, 1240 Lake Side, and 1222 and 1287 Chartwell. Maplegrove will notify co-owners prior to work on approved parking pads.
