The Stone Lake Condominium Association is located in East Lansing. Along with our beautiful lake, unique buildings, well-manicured yards, and excellent location, this web site is designed to make Stone Lake an even better place to live and enjoy. We hope you will find this site and its information convenient, along with keeping you informed and more involved in the Association's day-to-day operations. The site includes easy access to the Association's By-laws, Rules, news, Board minutes, meeting dates and other informative information for your use. This site is accessible with a designated password and is intended for the sole use of the Association's co-owners.
The web site links will lead you to the information you want, and will also give you an opportunity to review repair schedules, access Board minutes, and a place to make suggestions and/or comments.

1) Board Meetings Board meeting dates and location posted inside Members Area (see Calendar Format).
2) Board Minutes NEW: April and May minutes now posted in File Archives inside Members Area. Preliminary minutes from previous meeting will be posted at least 1 week prior to next Board meeting.
3) Annual Meeting 2009 President's Report now posted in File Archives inside Annual Meeting Area. Preliminary minutes from the 2009 Annual Meeting will be posted after the Board meeting in June.
4) Budgets 2009 Budget (revised) available in File Archives inside Members Area.
5) Maintenance Maps Several maps updated. Find maintenance maps in File Archives inside Members Area. Maps are designed to assist Board and co-owners track progress.
6) Responsibility Grid A responsibility grid to assist in identifying co-owner/Association responsibilities has been posted in the Rules and Regulation file inside the Members Area.
7) 2008 Additional Fee 2009 additional assessment due in 3 installment payments January 1, May 1, and September 1, 2009. These payments are 100% used for building improvements.
